1. Buy a blank MTN SIM (100 FCFA) in an agency or MTN distributors.
2. Provide your name, identity card, and registration information. Access the retrieval service from any active MTN Cameroon SIM by dialing the code *123# or sending an SMS to 7147.
3. Your MTN SIM card will be successfully retrieved and registered

Retrieve Orange SIM Card Online By Yourself

Now you can retrieve and register your Orange number yourself at home. No stress! All you need is a blank sim, and everything is under control. This is now possible with “Orange SIM Change Service.”

To renew your Orange chip after losing your sim, perform the following steps:

1. Buy a blank SIM at an agency or from Orange distributors. The sim costs 100 FCFA.
2. Access the service from any active Orange Cameroon SIM by dialing the USSD code #199#.
3. Provide your ID card, name, and registration information.
4. Your Orange SIM card will be successfully retrieved and registered.
