Express Union implements Minimum Banking Services including opening and maintaining bank and payment accounts.
These services are deployed in accordance with COBAC regulation R-2020/04 relating to the SBMG and are part of the commitment to quality of service and proximity at the heart of Express Union’s mission.

Services
- Opening and maintaining bank and payment accounts
- Issuance of the bank identity statement;the issue of a savings booklet and its renewal;
- Consultation of the account in the establishment’s branches;balance checks at ATMs at the cardholder’s establishment;the electronic debit or credit notice;
- delivery, once a month, on paper at the counter, or electronically, depending on the consumer’s choice, of the monthly account statement;
- the issue of a certificate of non-indebtedness per year and upon closing the account.
